This proof of concept demonstrates how buyers and sellers can browse homes by town and type, open a full property page, and reach the brokerage without leaving the site.
Pell & Orchard is a proof-of-concept sample Ori Services built to show what a modern brokerage website can look like and do. It is not a live client launch. It is a working example of catalog browsing, listing detail, and contact capture for a Southern Indiana real estate business.
Visitors can search the listing catalog, open a property page with photos and facts, and send a buyer or seller inquiry through the contact form. The catalog filters by town, property type, beds, baths, and price so shoppers can narrow results quickly. Each listing page gathers the details that matter on one screen, and the layout stays readable on phones as well as desktops.
Technically, it is a Next.js app with typed listing data, client-side catalog filtering, a responsive UI, and form UX that confirms on the page.
